Thank you for your interest in the Global Missions ministry at Mad City Church! Because we have chosen, primarily, to support indigenous ministries in other countries, there are limited 'hands on' ways to get involved. The main way we can support our missions partners is through prayer and giving. I can't overemphasize the importance of praying for them, and giving, as God leads, to help meet their practical needs. Note: Every third Tuesday night at our weekly church prayer meeting, the evening is dedicated to praying for our missionary partners! The question about taking trips to visit our partners is often asked. There will be periodic trips taken where small teams from our church will visit accomplish several goals: build relationship, provide encouragement and usually offer some kind of physical service such as helping build a new building or evangelism & teaching. These trips are largely driven by the needs of our partners, and how we can best serve them. This, also, helps determine who goes on any given trip as we try to match God's plan with those He has gifted and called to go.
